Chef Ian KlienmanEverything we do at the Inventing Room is unique, fun and a little over the top. While we believe in great food and great service first, we want to provide you with so much more. We combine our one of-a-kind food and unique performances directly to you and your guests at your events.

A great example is our liquid nitrogen ice cream stations. We take our custom ice cream base and mix it with liquid nitrogen. The liquid nitrogen immediately freezes the ice cream base turning it into the smoothest and creamiest ice cream you have ever eaten. The fun part, all of this happens in front of you and your guests. providing the opportunity to interact with us & the food. Ask questions, see the smoke coming from the liquid nitrogen & feel the cold, as you get fresh ice cream right there on-the-spot.

Now, we wouldn’t be The Inventing Room without taking it one step further. Yep, even liquid nitrogen ice cream. We create one of a kind toppings like, peanut butter pop rocks, exploding whip cream, shattered gummy bears and raspberry bubbles just to name a few. This extra step is what puts us over the top, where we like to be with food, and we hope you & your guests feel as though you’ve just been privy to a great show that has out-of-this-world flavor.
